Šta su deonice pod zabranom prodaje?
Akcije pod restrikcijom (Letter/Restricted Stock) su stvarne deonice koje se izdaju odmah ali imaju privremenu zabranu prodaje na javnom tržištu zbog zakonskih propisa. S druge strane, jedinice ograničenih akcija (RSU) predstavljaju samo pravo na buduće akcije koje zaposleni dobija besplatno tek nakon što se završi period sticanja prava (vesting period), kada prenosom vlasništva postaju slobodne za prodaju.
